Role Overview:
The primary expectation of this role is to position our company as the trusted workplace partner for U.S.-based organizations expanding or operating in Middle Eastern territories. Acting as the bridge between the U.S. market and global teams, a successful candidate will create meaningful connections with corporate decision-makers and open doors to strategic opportunities.
The expectation is that a successful candidate will leverage our capabilities and client successes to establish our company as the partner of choice for global enterprises investing in the Middle East.
This role is expected to:
- Enable consistent access to C-suite executives, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, Procurement, Facilities, and GCC leadership across U.S.-based organizations.
- Facilitate high-value meetings between prospective clients and our leadership, ensuring the right stakeholders engage at the right stage of the sales process.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architecture firms, furniture manufacturers, workplace consultants, brokers, and corporate end clients to create a sustainable referral and sales ecosystem.
- Develop account-specific engagement strategies and stakeholder maps that accelerate opportunity conversion.
- Work seamlessly with our company’s sales, strategy, and leadership teams through daily collaboration, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and coordinated sales execution.
- Generate a qualified pipeline that supports our long-term growth in the U.S. and contributes to new Design & Build opportunities in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning & Execution
- Serve as the primary U.S. business development lead, generating and nurturing business for the Middle East and the U.S. in close coordination with our leadership and sales teams.
- Conduct daily pipeline review and strategy calls with sales teams to align on priorities, target accounts, opportunities, and next steps.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies for Fortune 500 companies and GCC prospects.
- Account Mapping & Stakeholder Engagement
- Perform comprehensive organization and stakeholder mapping within target accounts, identifying key decision-makers across Real Estate, Workspace, Business Leadership, and Procurement.
- Develop relationship mapping that aligns our leadership with corresponding client executives to drive meaningful executive engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and our leadership team, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Create executive engagement plans for strategic accounts, including leadership visits, workshops, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Sales Execution Strategy
- Drive execution of a structured sales methodology from prospecting through opportunity qualification and proposal development.
- Work closely with India-based pre-sales, design, and technical teams to develop compelling client solutions and presentations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities, maintaining momentum throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between the U.S. market and Middle Eastern teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, workplace strategy, design, commercial, and delivery teams to maximize opportunity conversion.
- Provide regular market intelligence on GCC trends, workplace investments, and competitive activity to help shape our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications
- 15–25 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Accounts, or Enterprise Sales.
- Existing network within Corporate Real Estate leadership, Workplace consultants, GCC ecosystem stakeholders, and Commercial Real Estate brokers.
- Proven experience working with multinational enterprises and Fortune 500 / Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Strong track record of building qualified pipelines, closing enterprise accounts, and maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Experience coordinating across geographically distributed teams and managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.

- Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of opportunities from the U.S. market.
- Executive Relationships: Establish and sustain executive-level relationships with Fortune 1000 companies.
