Position OverviewAs a Fire Insurance Restoration Specialist, you will work directly with homeowners whose properties have experienced fire damage.
Your role is to help guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process, coordinate inspections, and manage projects from the initial consultation through completion.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner, ensuring the project moves smoothly while delivering excellent service during a stressful time.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners during stressful situations
• Sales or restoration experience preferred
• Experience as an insurance adjuster, mitigation technician, or contractor is a major plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Typical fire restoration projects range from $20,000 – $150,000
• Commissions can range from $3,000 – $15,000 per project
