- Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with vital sign measurements and other medical procedures as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
