The Administrator LNHA will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative leadership and direction to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize patient care
- Lead and manage the facility's staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other support personnel
- Develop and manage budgets, including labor, supplies, and services
- Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient charts, staff hours, and facility statistics
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission
- Current licensure as an LNHA in the State of Tennessee
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Management, or a related field
- Experience in long-term care or a related field (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
