Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner and ABM Marketing Manager to own our partner marketing engine and drive our flagship ABM programs. This role sits at the heart of pipeline generation, turning partnerships into scalable co marketing plays, and orchestrating strategic account campaigns that land Reejig directly in front of the executives who matter most.

This is an execution powerhouse role. Equal parts partner enablement, campaign operator, and ABM strategist.


Your Mission

Be the connector between partners, strategic accounts, and sales. Build co marketing campaigns, execute ABM programs, and ensure every initiative is tightly tracked to pipeline.


What You Will Do


Partner enablement

  • Build and maintain co branded decks, datasheets, case studies, and partner enablement hubs.
  • Support partner teams with sharp, usable GTM assets that make co selling easier.
  • Create partner ready messaging that aligns to enterprise buyers and executive priorities.


Account based marketing

  • Orchestrate strategic account programs across one to one and one to few motions.
  • Create account plays across content, executive experiences, direct mail, and events.
  • Manage outbound orchestration with an agency, ensuring messaging, targeting, and assets align to account strategy. Ensure every campaign has clear targeting, a clear offer, and a tight follow up plan with sales.


Ops and reporting

  • Ensure all partner sourced pipeline is captured correctly in HubSpot.
  • Ensure ABM pipeline is tracked correctly in HubSpot.
  • Maintain clean reporting that shows what shipped, what influenced pipeline, and what converted.

You will thrive here if you ship campaigns fast, maintain high quality, and treat pipeline creation as the output.


What we value

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, ABM, or pipeline focused B2B marketing
  • Strong asset creation skills with high polish, especially decks and enablement materials
  • Campaign execution discipline, timelines, targeting, follow up, and attribution
  • Comfort working tightly with sales and partnerships and keeping initiatives moving
  • Operational accuracy in HubSpot and campaign tracking
  • AI fluency or willingness to use AI to accelerate content and execution


This environment will not suit people who prefer slow pace, low accountability, or indirect communication.

  • Partners are enabled with assets that get used and support real co selling.
  • Co marketing campaigns launch on time and generate measurable pipeline.
  • Strategic account programs create executive meetings and influence active deals.
  • Partner sourced and ABM sourced pipeline is captured cleanly in HubSpot.
  • The partner marketing engine becomes a predictable driver of pipeline.


Minimum Requirements

  • Experience running partner marketing or ABM programs tied to pipeline.
  • Evidence of shipping campaigns end to end, not just supporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate agencies and cross functional teams.
  • Clear communication and strong follow through.
  • Bias for action and ownership.

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
