- Work directly with clients to understand needs, solve problems, and drive improvements.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and turn insights into clear strategies.
- Create polished reports and presentations that influence decisions.
- Support solution implementation, training, and documentation.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops that move teams toward alignment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or government consulting.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Experience supporting complex projects.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma a plus (not required).
- Curiosity, courage, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve.
