Firearms Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Firearms Sales Associate for our Walker, Minnesota retail store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about firearms, committed to outstanding customer service, and attentive to detail.

As a Firearms Sales Associate, you will help customers select firearms and accessories while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

· Assist customers in selecting firearms and related products.

· Process firearm sales and customer orders.

· Understand and follow all firearm sales regulations.

· Maintain firearm inventory levels.

· Participate in annual physical inventory and daily/weekly cycle counts.

· Provide exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

· Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

· Retail experience in sporting goods, preferably firearms.

· Knowledge of firearms and firearm accessories required.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Basic computer skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
