Superior Wash Southeast is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Lead to join our growing team in Columbia. This is a full-time leadership position for someone who can lead by example, work hard, and help develop others while delivering excellent results.

What You'll Do
- Lead small teams and hold team members accountable
- Perform the work alongside your team and set the standard for performance
- Train and coach team members on company processes and expectations
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Be a top performer who understands the process and can teach it to others
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (to get to our shop)
- Clean driving record
- Available to work every Saturday and Sunday (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead while actively working in the field
- Dependable, accountable, and results-driven
- Ability to learn company processes and train others effectively
Pay & Schedule
- $17/hr during a 30-day training period
- $18/hr after successful completion of training
- Overtime available
- Weekly pay
- Typical schedule: 45–55 hours per week
- Expected earnings after training: $855–$1,125 per week
