Truck Wash Team Lead - Jacksonville FL

Superior Wash Southeast is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Lead to join our growing team in Jacksonville. This is a full-time leadership position for someone who can lead by example, work hard, and help develop others while delivering excellent results.

What You'll Do

• Lead small teams and hold team members accountable
• Perform the work alongside your team and set the standard for performance
• Train and coach team members on company processes and expectations
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Be a top performer who understands the process and can teach it to others

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (to get to our shop)
• Clean driving record
• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead while actively working in the field
• Dependable, accountable, and results-driven
• Ability to learn company processes and train others effectively

Pay & Schedule

• $17/hr during a 30-day training period
• $18/hr after successful completion of training
• Overtime available
• Weekly pay
• Typical schedule: 45–55 hours per week
• Expected earnings after training: $855–$1,125 per week
