Primary
- Verify and process individual Driver trips with close attention to detail. This may include research and/or verification of events causing a process or trip exception including delays, breakdowns, customer issues, or other events.
- Create, organize, and maintain records and files which are accurate and up to date. Provide timely response to all incoming communications (email, text, voicemails, etc.) either directly or via referral to the appropriate contact.
- Complete all Maintenance associated administrative and tracking functions including but not limited to: data entry of Work Orders (WOs) for RHT and customers; inventory tracking for parts and supplies; and maintenance related Purchase Orders.
- Assist in collecting and sending the proper paperwork to customers and Hurst's main office.
- Learn the Dispatch and Maintenance requirements enabling an ability to support problem resolution and process improvement in both areas.
- Provide 'customer service' focused approach to answering questions, tracking down information, resolving issues, etc. for company Drivers, Mechanics, and Co-workers.
- Perform accurate, timely, and detailed data entry into various company systems; demonstrate both the willingness and ability to learn new systems/software applications.
- Answer and make calls; take details, route calls, and relay information as applicable.
- Provide general administrative support including copying, faxing, filing and mail distribution.
- Follow up promptly on outstanding items and support the efforts of others.
