What You Get That Most Brokerages Don't Provide
- The ReeceNichols Advantage: an 8-week structured launch program that walks you through every tool, department, and resource so you start closing transactions, not guessing your way through them.
- A Dedicated Mentor: You are paired with a producing agent who has already built the type of business you want to create. This is hands-on guidance, not generic advice.
- A Non-Selling Managing Broker: Kansas City offices are led by Managing Brokers whose full-time role is supporting agents. They do not sell real estate and they do not compete for business. Their focus is helping you grow, navigate transactions, and build confidence.
- Licensing Support: Not licensed yet? In school? Just passed your exam? Our in-house Training Center helps guide you through licensing and into production.
- On Going Agent Development: Ongoing education that goes far beyond onboarding: Ninja Selling Series, Market Mastery Workshops, Business Planning Workshop, Yearly Real Estate Summit & Continuing Education.
From day one, you receive a complete business ecosystem, including:
- Free personal agent website and mobile app on the #1 regional real estate site
- CRM with automated marketing and lead nurture
- Buyside, Home Match, Trendgraphix, and Neighborhood News for market insights
- Testimonial Tree to automatically collect and share client reviews
- In-office Agent Experience Coordinators who help build custom marketing and social content
- Business cards, yard signs, and branded collateral
- Two in-house attorneys for transaction and risk guidance
- Award-winning marketing and IT teams supporting your business
