Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout transactions

- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining fairness and compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Conduct property showings, inspections, and market research to ensure clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property details using real estate administrative tools
- Stay updated on real estate laws, local market trends, and legal requirements to ensure all transactions adhere to regulations

Experience
