Lead Showroom Consultant

THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As a Lead Showroom Consultant, you will leverage your technical knowledge and superior customer service skills to help create customers for life! Helping through every step of the sales process, you will follow through on all orders and ensure customer satisfaction! Your profound knowledge of appliances will help with answering any questions regarding product specifications and installation! Your background will be integral in helping coach and develop your fellow Showroom Consultants!

YOUR BACKGROUND

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of industry experience
• Extensive appliance and plumbing knowledge preferred

• Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$23.35 - $35.05

In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus. Total Rewards components may be subject to written plan documents.
