Counter Sales Representative – Plumbing Division

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Recommend plumbing products and solutions that fit customer needs, using a consultative approach.
Build trust and strengthen customer relationships to create loyal, long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with team members to ensure branch success and smooth daily operations.
Jump in to support other branch functions as needed—flexibility is key.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
A passion for sales and exceeding customer expectations.
Strong communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to recommend solutions and upsell when appropriate.
Team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to adapt and help where needed.
YOUR BACKGROUND
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing industry experience a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
