Purpose:

Manage the footwear & apparel business for our key wholesale partners, working closely with the account on an omni channel range across FTW & APP. You will work closely with the account buying, merchandising and operations teams, as well as internal stakeholders across product creation, business planning, finance, marketing, and operations/supply chain. In doing so, we will deliver key Brand product concepts and drive clear, strategic channel plans that ultimately drive market share & growth for Reebok. You will be the front line for delivering these products into the consumers hands! Job Responsibilities

External facing communication

  • Work with local and international account/key stakeholders to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
  • Work with Footlocker teams to create a template for monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Lead the input and presentation creation and post communication for the weekly Footlocker touch base meeting.
  • Communicate key Reebok deadlines and order window dates through customized reports, such as the Article Availability report, calendar milestones, and forecast roadmap.
  • Coordinate meetings between customer contacts and Reebok internal teams to establish strategies and execution for brand presentations.

Internal facing communication:

  • Provide account feedback to internal stakeholders inclusive of Product creation teams, business planning team, and marketing counterparts.

Systems:

  • Become the point person for the Footlocker team managing internal systems across NuOrder, SAP, and InforNexus. Responsibilities include confirming accuracy around forecasts, order deadlines, admin set up, and trainings.
  • Internal system range management and forecast/order reporting (including line sheet creation, reports after order windows of rejected orders)

Product/Range Management:

  • Identify product opportunities and execute product strategies, while staying current on product features and changes.
  • Balance the merchandising needs of the account with Reebok’s segmentation strategies & objectives.
  • Own the SMU process for Footlocker- managing timelines, communicating feedback with internal teams and sharing range plans with relevant global teams
  • Ensure FTW/APP product sell-in readiness and identify key account positions and or concepts for the applicable markets.
  • Ensure cross functional key stakeholder alignment ahead of key meetings with wholesale account(s).
  • Account assortment tool management (own creating a visual tool updated each order window to show the range for select accounts)
  • Identify new business opportunities using key metrics, sales data and marketplace knowledge to meet financial contract targets

Marketplace:

  • Leverage Marketplace selling trends to outline in-season retail analytics for opportunity and risk identification.
  • Monitor account promotional activity

Operational Excellence:

  • Ability to work across multiple seasons (3), including current season support and tracking of launch product as well as the implications/changes that has on GTM readiness across key functions of the business.
  • Drive and implement all key milestones with your accounts according to the brand calendar including coordinating meetings (Seasonal kick-off’s, Previews/Prelines, In-Season management meetings, SMU dates/gates, Forecasts, quarterly business reviews)
  • Sample Management

Qualifications

Industry: Passion and understanding of the athletic Footwear and Apparel retail landscape

Creative solutions: Analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and turn data into actionable insights

Communication: Experience communicating and navigating conversations with internal and external cross functional teams

Project Management: Experience working across a wide range of business partnerships managing multiple projects. Works independently and successfully in a cross-functional team environment

Systems: Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
