Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Coordinator role located in Marietta, GA. The Medical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments between Veterans and third-party healthcare providers. Key tasks include managing communication with clients and providers, maintaining accurate schedules, providing support for documentation processes, and ensuring timely follow-up for all cases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in appointment scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping for efficient medical operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with clients and healthcare providers
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
