Redzone is seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to lead Redzone’s onboarding, upskilling, ongoing support of its commercial teams. As a key member of our GTM team, you will be responsible for supporting the people, processes, and tools that allow Redzone’s commercial stakeholders to effectively deliver the Redzone message. This role requires a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and how Redzone provides value to its customers, strong verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of the stages of the product life cycle, and how tools at every stage of the lifecycle increase sales pipeline, deal conversion, and customer retention.

Responsibilities
Sales Enablement:
- Establishment and maintenance of the new content management system for materials (Accord). This new system will provide a “one-stop-shop” for materials to that support direct sales activities. This includes commercial decks, technical materials, case studies, videos, templates, competitive materials.
- Administrative support for 90-day onboarding new commercial stakeholder roles, internal and through partner channels.
- In alignment with major messaging shifts, ownership of the updates to materials used directly by sales team members in the sales process.
- Ownership of the ongoing maintenance and small updates of existing materials that support sales teams.
- Orchestration / logistical support for the translation of materials with each major and minor messaging change.
- Develop and maintain competitive landscape materials – including head-to-head decks and battlecards for top 20 competitors. (Includes orchestration of the translation of materials).
- Create ad hoc materials as requested and as aligned with strategic marketing initiatives.
- Support field marketing activities with technical support.
- System provisioning / technical support of all new Redzone team members.
