RedZone Roofing & Restoration is looking for a motivated Job Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from production through final completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, solving problems in the field, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do
- Oversee roofing and restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff.
- Perform pre-production inspections.
- Monitor job quality, safety, cleanliness, and project progress.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout each project.
- Document projects using photos and AccuLynx.
- Identify supplements, change orders, and hidden damage.
- Complete final quality control inspections.
- Coordinate deliveries, permits, inspections, and scheduling.
- Ensure every project meets RedZone quality standards.
Compensation
- Starting Salary: $45,000 annually
- Salary advancement opportunities after 12 and 24 months based on performance
- Production Bonus: 0.5% of each successfully completed project
- Personal Sales Commission: Earn 3-5% commission on jobs you personally generate
- Company vehicle provided
- Fuel provided for business use
- Company credit card for approved business expenses
- 15 days Paid Time Off annually
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
- Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or project management preferred
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and project management software
