RedZone Roofing is expanding into the Madison, Wisconsin, market and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us build our Wisconsin operations.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, leads crews with confidence, and understands what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with proven roofing production or restoration management experience who can operate independently while helping establish our presence in Wisconsin.What You'll Do

• Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from production through completion.
• Schedule crews, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Perform pre-construction inspections.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout every project.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within company standards.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, dumpsters, and materials.
• Document projects using photos, notes, and project management software (AccuLynx experience is a plus).
• Identify supplements, hidden damage, and change orders.
• Complete final walkthroughs and ensure every project meets RedZone quality standards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• 3 years of roofing project management or production management experience
• Insurance restoration experience
• Storm restoration experience
• Residential roofing knowledge
• Commercial roofing experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience managing subcontractor crews
• Understanding of building codes and manufacturer installation requirements
• Ability to read estimates and scopes of work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $45,000 annually
• Salary increases based on performance:
• • $50,000 after successful first year
  • $55,000 after successful second year
• Production Completion Bonus on every completed project
• Personal Sales Commission on self-generated jobs
