- Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and supervising all staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure team members deliver outstanding Guest Services.

- Lead by example in delivering superior customer service; resolving escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Oversee day to day operations ensuring store meet or exceed Jacksons Daily standards at all times.
- Account for all financial transactions for the store. Identify reasons for cash shortages. Immediately escalate and report out on unexplained or excessive cash to the DM.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and maximize profitability.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
- Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Utilize tools to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to achieve profitability goals. Report to DM any issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation).
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred).
- A Food Handlers Permit (as required by county, city, or state).
- A proven history of exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Legal age to stock and sell regulated products.
- Strong attention to detail and a history of being self-motivated.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
- Environmental conditions include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor exposure from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
