Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with with responsibilities for making sure all employees stay focused on work, customers, cleaning, reorganization, Assist with assigned Sections List and Section Maintenance follow-up.
- Assist in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff performance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records
- Support retail management by implementing and promoting store initiatives.
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels and smooth operational flow.
- Train new employees, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Skills to comfortably perform all register transactions.
- Excellent experience in employee orientation processes.
- Demonstrated time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in shift management, ensuring operational efficiency during peak hours.
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
