Purpose Of Your Work
We are seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across inbound receiving, put-away, inventory control, and intralogistics supporting a customer’s on-site production line.
This role serves as the primary operational leader on shift, responsible for driving execution, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring all materials are received, processed, and staged to support next-day production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and leads from the floor.

This position is full-time and is onsite Monday through Friday from 200pm to 1030pm with regular Saturday coverage
Compensation Range
Salary Range:
$30.00/hr-$35.00/hr
This position is eligible to earn (annual) incentives based on individual and company performance.
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.

How You Make a Difference Everyday
Inbound & Receiving Operations
- Oversee all inbound freight including FTL, LTL, and parcel shipments
- Manage dock flow, door assignments, and unloading priorities
- Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and system transactions
- Drive performance against dock-to-stock targets
- Clear inbound backlog and ensure all freight is processed before shift end
- Supervise put-away execution to ensure accuracy and efficient space utilization
- Maintain high inventory accuracy across a high-SKU environment
- Lead cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
- Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately in ERP/WMS systems
- Coordinate material movement from warehouse to production lines
- Ensure all materials are staged and ready for next-day production
- Manage line feeding, replenishment, and staging lanes
- Quickly identify and resolve material shortages or disruptions
- Act as the lead decision-maker on shift with full ownership of execution
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads
- Manage staffing levels, including temporary labor, to meet volume demands
- Drive accountability for productivity, accuracy, and attendance
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Lead incident response and corrective actions
- Ensure a clean, organized dock and warehouse at end of shift
- Confirm all inbound freight is processed and put away
- Stage all required materials for next-day production
- Provide clear communication and handoff to the next shift
- Track KPIs such as receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, and productivity
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
- Drive execution-focused performance on the floor
- 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a high-volume distribution or production support environment.
- 1-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience leading 2nd shift or off-shift operations
- Experience managing inbound receiving, put away, and inventory control.
- Experience supporting intralogistics or production-based picking operations.
- Strong working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) or comparable ERP system.
- RF scanner and WMS proficiency.
- Experience supervising employees and temporary labor in a multi-shift environment.
- Ability to work frequent Saturdays.
