What You’ll Experience
Our 9-week summer program is designed to be a direct pipeline to full-time role upon graduation. You can expect:
- Support the Commercial Process: Assist in capturing and organizing deal information, including customer requirements, commercial models, and contract documents.
- Operational & Analytical Support: Conduct research and analysis to support deal strategy and commercial decisions.
- Impact: Go beyond the sidelines with direct involvement in daily operations and high-stakes logistics execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Legal stakeholders. Observe and support how commercial decisions balance customer needs, delivery feasibility, and pricing.
- Learning & Development: Partner with industry experts across supply chain and logistics, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and practical exposure to real-world business challenges.
- The Future: We don't just hire interns for the summer—we hire them for their careers. Success here is your direct bridge to a full-time seat in 2027.
- Timing: You are a current student with a target graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Goal: You aren't just looking for summer credit; you’re looking for a career home post-graduation.
- Location: Knoxville, TN or surrounding area; primarily remote with some in-person opportunities
- Commitment: You’re available full-time, 9 weeks between June and August.
