Are you passionate about helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fuller, more independent, and more meaningful lives?

We’re looking for two motivated QIDPs to join our office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact, build strong relationships, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing work that matters.

As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, you’ll help coordinate services, support individualized goals, advocate for the people we serve, and work closely with families, direct support staff, providers, and leadership. You’ll be a key part of making sure each person receives thoughtful, person-centered care.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized service plans.
  • Coordinate services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Work closely with families, guardians, staff, case managers, and other professionals.
  • Ensure documentation, reports, and plans are completed accurately and on time.
  • Advocate for the needs, preferences, rights, and goals of the people we serve.
  • Help train and guide direct support staff.
  • Monitor progress toward goals and adjust supports as needed.
  • Support a positive, respectful, and person-centered culture.

Who We’re Looking For

The right candidate is dependable, organized, compassionate, and confident in working with people. You should be someone who communicates well, follows through, and cares about doing the job right.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Demonstrated skills in case management, service coordination, and person-centered planning, with the ability to organize multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with individuals, families, care teams, and community partners.
  • Knowledge of community resources, social services, and behavioral health or developmental disability systems, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic records systems for reporting, documentation, and data tracking.
  • Ability to work independently on-site, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Relevant education or experience in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree and prior case management experience are preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (if required for visits), and the ability to meet any background check or licensing requirements applicable to the role.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a paperwork job. As a QIDP, you help shape the quality of life for the people we serve every day.

You’ll be joining a team that values:
