SALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 to $190,000 annually. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment.

Summary

The Senior HR Manager, willbe responsible forsupporting all aspects of human resources operations, includingemployee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. The Senior HR Manager’s expertiseinHRbest practices, strong leadership skills, and ability to foster a positive work environment will significantly contribute to the organization's success and the well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities

The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties.

  • Facilitate a welcoming human resources department, acting as a liaison between staff and leadership.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals andobjectives.
  • SupportRecruiter,Generalists, and Total Rewardswith jobdescriptions andpostings, compensation data, and approvalprocesswhen needed.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures thatcomply withlabor laws and regulations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Manageand overseethe performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • PartnerwithHRDirector to developand deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with managers and department heads toidentifytraining needs and create effective learning and development plans.
  • Supportcompensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, respond to employee inquiries, and provide guidance on benefit options.
  • Ensureaccurateandtimelypayroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stayup to datewith HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, communicating changes to management andemployeesas necessary.
  • Support team with audits (e.g., AS9100, Worker’sComp).,asdeemedhelpful.
  • Provide guidance and support topeople leaderson HR-related matters, including employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Participate and interact in sitemeetings with management and employees.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring prompt and fair resolution.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and Lead Human Resource Generalists and Administrators.
  • Assume all otherduties asassigned by senior management to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in an international organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR-related tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivatedwith strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate company messages and feedback toa diversestaff.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous learning and growth, enhancing knowledge of HR trends and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification(HRCI or SHRM)is preferred.
  • A minimum offiveyearshuman resource management is preferred.

Clearance Requirements

Work Environment And Physical Requirements

The work environment may involve a standard office setting while also incorporating elements of a production area. Employees will use standard office equipment, including computers, and must demonstrate stamina to sit or stand while maintaining attention to detail despite potential interruptions. The role may require occasional activities such as walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and bending. Vision is necessary for reading printed materials and a computer screen, while hearing and speech are essential for effective communication both in person and over the telephone. Additionally, the position may necessitate travel by air or automobile. Employees may be required to use personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coats, to ensure safety in the production environment. Employees may be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
