Senior Enterprise Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO)
Contract Role (3 days/week Onsite)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead strategic enterprise transformation initiatives across Salesforce, SAP, Dayforce, WMS (Warehouse Mgmt Systems), ERP, and other business-critical programs.
This individual will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
The ideal candidate combines executive presence with hands-on execution, bringing strong experience managing enterprise implementations, project financials, vendors, risks, and organizational change.
Required Experience:
- 8 years of enterprise project management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven success delivering Salesforce implementation or CRM transformation projects.
- Experience managing enterprise initiatives involving ERP, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Finance, HRIS, Customer Experience, or Manufacturing systems.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership, business owners, Finance, and IT.
- Experience leading third-party implementation partners and system integrators.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
Strong experience of managing:
- Project budgets
- Financial planning & forecasting
- Resource planning
- Vendor management
- Project financial reporting

- Can seamlessly transition between enterprise initiatives, including Salesforce, SAP, Dayforce, WMS, ERP, and other transformation programs as business priorities evolve.
- Thinks beyond project schedules, managing end-to-end programs, cross-functional dependencies, business outcomes, and organizational change.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently and strong leadership, adaptability, and sound judgment are essential.
Salary : $90 - $110
