Construction Project Manager- Junior or Senior level!

Some construction (either residential or commercial) experience/degree/internships required, even junior level!

Learn the business and ultimately lead their projects while ensuring schedules, safety, relationships with vendors and subcontractors, work quality, and cost estimates are maintained throughout the project’s progress.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their projects and should possess the traits and skills necessary to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver a high-quality project to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Visit local job sites to gather information and assess project requirements (light travel in the area)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that project plans, schedules, and budgets are aligned with customer expectations
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify potential issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track

Education & Experience:

• A degree in engineering, architecture, or construction is preferred
• Will consider a junior candidate and will train but must have related experience/degree/or interest/internships.
• Experience in construction estimating and project management, submittals and scheduling preferred.
• Experience with SAGE 300 CRE (Formerly Timberline) software a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
