- A/R invoicing, payment applications, and collections, A/P, customer invoicing, A/P matching, entry, and check runs, journal entries, mechanical job P&L/general ledger account creation, financial reporting
- Payroll journal entry calculations, labor allocation, certified payroll, AIA billing
- Office supply ordering
- Track fleet maintenance
- Assist with answering phones
- Human Resources tasks — Benefit administration, compliance and reporting, new hire onboarding, provide weekly hours for payroll, time off tracking, records maintenance
- Job cost/labor tracking
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in accounting/office functions required.
- QuickBooks desktop experience required.
- Prefer experience in a union environment.
- Associate or Bachelors degree in business preferred but not essential
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
