Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk to focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entry, credit card receipt reconciliation, and other daily accounting tasks. This is a highly detail-oriented, technology-driven role. This position will be one of two at the company, providing redundancy and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Primary Duties
Experience working in a billing, accounting, or administrative role is required.
Education/Licensure/Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Accounts receivable collections and reconciliation
- Accounts payable reconciliation
- Accounts payable entry and coding
- Payroll entry
- Credit card receipt coding and reconciliation
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks related to the above
- Additional duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive)
- Experience with ADP, Sage Intacct, etc. is a plus
- Comfortable working within multiple software platforms and online billing portals
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
