We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, and flooring installation.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry, stucco, and perform plastering and caulking work with attention to detail.
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of the project.
- Fabricate and install structural components such as concrete forms, hardscape elements, and masonry features.
- Assist with demolition, restoration work, remodeling projects, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Worker with a strong background in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, welding, tile laying, and concrete finishing.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes, all based on the position we are hiring for.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of construction management practices and safety standards on job sites.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
