What this is
We’re hiring an instructor to teach conduit wire pulling basic welding in a hands-on training lab that runs like a jobsite.
What you’ll do
Teach conduit layout, measurement, and bending fundamentals.
Train clean installs: supports, strut, straps, anchors, alignment, finish.
Teach wire pulling planning execution (setup, lube, bend radius, teamwork).
Teach basic welding fundamentals (stick preferred): safety, fit-up, simple field-relevant tasks.
Coach professionalism: punctuality, focus, communication, and jobsite-ready behavior.
Use skills checkoffs and give clear feedback.
Required
Journeyman-level field experience (or equivalent).
Strong conduit wire pulling experience.
Comfortable teaching basic welding safely.
Educator/Coach mindset is required (trainer, mentor, foreman who developed people).
Reliable. On time. Clear communicator.
Preferred
Prior instructor/trainer experience.
OSHA 10/30 (or willing to obtain).
Print/spec familiarity on commercial/industrial projects.
