Responsibilities:

• Work exclusively with nonprofit clients
• Actively participate in engagement planning and designing engagement-specific nonprofit audit approach
• Perform and lead nonprofit audit procedures in more complex financial statement areas 
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues, based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP
• Research accounting treatment for issues on nonprofit audit engagements, propose solutions and consult with experienced staff as necessary

What You Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license or plans to pursue in the short term
• 2 years of recent experience working with nonprofit clients
• Experience preparing for, performing and/or leading Federal Single Audits preferred
• Ability to travel on-site to clients as needed
• Live in the greater St. Paul/Minneapolis area
• Valid drivers license
