Job Description:
We are hiring a PCB Rework Specialist for an onsite opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in PCB soldering, board-level rework, component replacement, and electronic assembly.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with PCB rework and board-level soldering.
- Strong skills in SMT and through-hole soldering.
- Experience removing and replacing electronic components (ICs, BGAs, QFNs, QFPs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc.).
- Ability to perform PCB repair, rework, and modification using soldering and rework stations.
- Experience using microscopes, hot air rework stations, soldering irons, and inspection tools.
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures and IPC standards (IPC-A-610/IPC-7711/7721 preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform board-level soldering, PCB repair, and rework on electronic assemblies.
- Remove and replace SMT and through-hole components.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective PCBs.
- Follow engineering documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production and prototype builds.
