Are you a dedicated Montessori educator passionate about guiding young children through their most formative years? Redmond Montessori is seeking a Montessori Primary Lead Guide to foster independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in our Primary (3-6 years) classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Montessori Primary classroom with respect for each child’s development
- Implement an authentic Montessori curriculum following AMI/AMS standards
- Observe and assess student progress, tailoring lessons to individual needs
- Maintain an organized, engaging, and peaceful classroom environment
- Guide and mentor assistant teachers in Montessori best practices
- Communicate effectively with parents about student growth and development
Qualifications:
- Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited) is required
- Must love working with children and have a patient, nurturing approach
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Experience working in a Montessori environment preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree is desired
