Role Description
We’re hiring a Sales Floor Manager who will oversee day to day sales operations, help coach and develop both openers and closers, bring consistency to team performance, and support overall revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving processes, raising standards, and ensuring the sales team is aligned, trained, and producing.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of closers & openers
- Holding reps accountable with daily KPIs
- Training, developing, and elevating performance
- Optimizing sales processes and tightening execution
- Coaching through live deals, call reviews, and daily huddles
- Hiring, onboarding, and scaling the floor
- Driving consistent revenue growth weekly and monthly
This role requires someone who knows this industry, understands the math behind production, and can create a winning culture on the floor.
Qualifications
• Must have business funding experience
• Previous experience managing or leading sales reps
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and team performance
• Clear communicator who can lead, motivate, and develop others
• Organized, reliable, and capable of bringing structure to the floor
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to coach reps at different skill levels and help them succeed
