Redline Athletics is seeking a Business Development Specialist to manage inbound leads and sales at our Youth Fitness Facility.

The Business Development Specialist s at the forefront of our business operations, playing a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships within the community. Your primary focus will be to turn leads into loyal members and ensure the smooth operation of our performance center.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Generation and Sales
- Collect leads, convert them into prospects, and guide them through the sales process to drive membership growth.
- Client Engagement
- Manage all client communications, including greeting members, coordinating event logistics, and giving tours.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, point of sale, and CRM platform management.
- Community Outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to enhance our presence and impact.
- Light Facility Maintenance

Hours
Expected hours are in the facility from ~3:30pm - 8:00pm M-Th, ~3:30pm - 7:00pm Friday, and ~9:30am - 12:00pm on Saturday. 2-3 remote/offsite hours per week are also expected.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
