Web Developer (Full Stack – Mid to Senior Level)

REDLattice is seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer (Mid to Senior Level) to join our Melbourne, FL team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and integration of advanced cyber-focused products and platforms. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems, supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications that interface with complex subsystems and hardware-integrated environments. This position is ideal for a developer who thrives in technically demanding environments and enjoys building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications (front-end and back-end)
• Integrate multiple software components into cohesive, production-ready systems
• Develop and support scalable backend services and APIs
• Contribute to architecture decisions for large-scale systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including low-level systems, embedded, and hardware-focused teams
• Participate in code reviews, version control workflows, and CI/CD processes
• Support secure coding practices aligned with mission requirements
• Contribute to system optimization, performance tuning, and reliability improvements
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Mid to Senior-level experience in full stack web development
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
• Backend development experience in Python, Node.js, Java, or similar technologies
• Experience working with FastAPIs and microservices architectures
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Experience working within large-scale or distributed systems environments
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cybersecurity or mission-focused environments
• Exposure to reverse engineering (RE) or vulnerability research (VR) environments
• Experience supporting systems that interface with hardware components
• Understanding of embedded systems concepts
• Exposure to C/C in low-level systems contexts
• Familiarity with hardware design considerations (e.g., PCB design awareness)
