REDLattice is seeking a highly skilled System Intergation Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of advanced cyber systems and products. This role requires a strong technical foundation in low-level subsystems, large- to medium-scale codebases, and multi-component product integration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable working across software and hardware environments, and thrives in technically complex, mission-focused settings.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support low-level system architectures and subsystems
- Integrate multiple components into cohesive, scalable products
- Contribute to large- to medium-scale system design and codebase development
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, hardware, and embedded specialists
- Support product lifecycle activities from concept through deployment
- Participate in technical design reviews and provide engineering recommendations
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and security requirements are met
- Utilize modern development tools and version control systems to support engineering workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with C/C and Python
- Proficiency with Git and modern development practices
- Experience working within large- to medium-scale codebases and complex, multi-component systems
- Ability to work effectively in both software and hardware-integrated environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced technical setting
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Experience within cyber, defense, or other mission-critical environments
- Familiarity with reverse engineering (RE) or vulnerability research (VR) concepts
- Hands-on experience working with hardware or embedded systems
- Exposure to PCB design and hardware integration
- Ability and working knowledge of soldering is preferred
