Job Summary
Under direction, perform a variety of complex clerical and technical duties related to the District’s insurance programs including workers’ compensation, property/liability and employee health benefit programs, program orientation, enrollment, claims processing, claims investigation and other related matters, promote an understanding of benefits, act as a resource to employees and coordinate the activities of service providers.

NOTE: Required examination will be administered on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 8:30 AM at the Redlands Unified School District, 20 W Lugonia Avenue, Redlands. Testing time is approximately 2 hours. NO FURTHER NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN. Disabled applicants may request reasonable accommodation in regard to testing procedures. Please do so prior to the closing date. Photo identification will be required at test site. *******************PLEASE READ**************************** YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY OTHER NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE REQUIRED TESTING. Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by coursework or training in accounting, budget planning, insurance or risk management and employee benefit matters or closely related fields. Experiences: Three years of responsible accounting and fiscal record management and reporting experience, preferably including one year of performing specialized functions pertaining to risk management, insurance, accounting and employee benefit programs.
