Position: HVAC Lead Installer
Pay: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends and evenings
What you will be doing:
- Residential Retrofit / Changeout installation
- Some light commercial Retrofit / Changeouts
- Leading install jobs
- Fully experienced in Start-to-Finish Installations of: Full cut-ins, Retrofits, heat pumps, ultra-low-nox, R454B, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
- System Diagnostics
- Installing ductwork
- Duct Cleaning
- Installing Gas Pipe and Trac Pipe
- Installing Refrigerant Lines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
- Proven ability to complete residential retrofit/changeout installations from start to finish
- Experience installing:
- Heat Pumps
- Ultra Low NOx systems
- R-454B equipment
- Single & Multi-Zone Mini Splits
- VRF Systems
- Light Commercial Equipment
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred (or willing to obtain after hire)
- Valid California Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lead and mentor installation team members
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $32 - $40
