Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday, occasional and optional Saturdays)
Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
Requirements/Experience:
- 4 years minimum of HVAC Installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Drivers License
- Authorized to work in the US

The Big Task:
You will be part of the installation crew to install residential & light commercial HVAC systems and water heaters.
By working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager and installation lead installer, you will complete jobs efficiently and with quality, helping achieve the company’s financial goals and deliver 5 star customer service..
Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction worthy of receiving a 5 star rating.
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist.
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
Key Sub Tasks:
- Maintain communication with dispatch, general manager, parts and installation teams
- Keep company vehicle clean, inside and out
- Properly complete paperwork
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
- Have or be willing to get the proper certification (with our help)
License/Certification:
