HVAC Installation Manager | $90,000 - $120,000 Salary
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | some evenings & weekends
Position Overview:
- Oversee all Plumbing and HVAC Installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient resource allocations.
- Collaborate with the Service and Maintenance Manager to ensure a steady flow of leads from the service department team.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct field visits to observe project progress and address issues proactively.
- Identify inefficiencies in installation workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity.
- Train team members to identify and act on sales opportunities and processes.
- Support supervisors in resolving complex technical and customer service challenges.
- Collaborate with supervisors to establish best practices for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor labor and material budgets to ensure the profitability of the department.
- Working daily in Service Titan; our cloud-based CRM.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of management or leadership experience within the service industry
- HVAC & Plumbing management / supervisor experience - Desired
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance improvements
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced customer service and follow-up abilities
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel & Word)
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems, installation processes and codes - Desired
- NATE Certifications (Core, AC Install, Air Distribution, Gas Heat) - Desired
- Experience using Service Titan - Desired
