What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preventative Services Program Coordinator position at Redlands Community Hospital?
Reporting to the Practice Manager, this position serves as educator and service line support related to preventative services applications in the electronic medical record (EMR) involving physicians, allied health practitioners, and current staff. This position manages and coordinates the activities surrounding preventive services data management in primary care setting. This position supports the director in the management of patient safety and health. Additionally, this position performs special projects as assigned by the director.

Education/Training/ Experience
- Hospital administrative, clinical, and financial systems experience is strongly preferred (i.e., clinical experience in healthcare, healthcare services research field, or acute care hospital).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and database management tools.
- BA/BS degree in healthcare, health services research, health information management, computer science or related field preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
