What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Worker position at Redlands Community Hospital?
Hourly pay range: $23.00 min. - $27.13 max.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, this position is a caregiver who works with a multidisciplinary team to assist patients via therapeutic use of self, the environment and/or instrumentation .

Education/Training/ Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Recent related behavioral medicine clinical experience (within the past four years) preferred.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred.
- MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
