- One year of experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse license required.
- Current BLS certificate required.
- IV Certification as evidenced on Primary Source Verification of LVN License (Certified in intravenous therapy and blood withdrawal required for LVNs working in Home Health, Hospice, or Ambulatory Surgery).
Salary : $28 - $40
