What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Assistant position at Redlands Community Hospital?
This position Provides clerical support related to contracts management including but not limited to consolidating contracts into one central repository, compiling and maintaining a comprehensive list of all contracts, working with stakeholders to assist in organization of contracts, and assisting in maintaining the electronic contracts management system.
- Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation
- Three (3) years’ experience with administrative support in a contract environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Able to communicate effectively and work independently.
