Part-Time Fulfillment Associate – Medication & Inventory Support

Job Summary
We are hiring for our client, who is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to join their medication fulfillment team. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive healthcare products quickly, accurately, and safely. This position also includes assisting with inventory support and running supplies between company locations as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments while handling products with care and professionalism.
- Package items securely for shipment to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
- Pick and verify orders with strong attention to detail, including checking medication quantities, labels, and specifications.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to maintain accuracy and compliance standards.
- Organize and maintain stock levels to support an efficient fulfillment operation.
- Operate warehouse management systems and inventory software to track and process orders.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and inventory organization as needed.
- Serve as a runner between company sites or partner locations across San Diego County to support inventory and operational needs.
- Follow safety and handling procedures related to medications, lab products, and healthcare supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment deadlines and improve daily workflow processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous fulfillment, distribution center, or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially when handling medications and healthcare products.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable lifting packages and being active throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites when needed.
- Knowledge of medication handling, inventory procedures, or safety protocols is a plus.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
