What are the responsibilities and job description for the PACS Administrator position at Redington Fairview General Hospital?
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Technologist/Radiology Manager and the direction of the Radiologist, shall perform a variety of RIS/PACS administrative duties to include the operational administration of the RIS/PACS systems and workstations, coordinates activities related to the PACS system with IT, Radiology and other affected departments. Assist with administrative duties in the daily operations of the Imaging departments, making recommendations/suggestions.
Status: Full time, 40 hours, on site
Qualities: We are seeking a self-motivated individual with great attention to detail. Must be able to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team effectively.
Requirements: Must be a graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology and hold a current ARRT and Maine State RT License. Previous CT and Radiology experience is desirable. BLS certification.
The pay range for this position is $43.80 to $54.54 per hour, based on relevant education, qualifications, and experience
