Redemption Roofing is looking for high-integrity, people-first professionals to join our team as Sales Consultants. This isn’t your average sales role—this is about guiding homeowners through the storm recovery process with care, honesty, and expertise.
When hail hits, confusion follows. As a Roof Redeemer, you’ll be the steady hand—performing detailed roof inspections, educating homeowners on the insurance claims process, and ensuring they receive the high-quality solution they deserve through Redemption Roofing.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform thorough exterior roof inspections after storm events
- Identify storm damage and assess insurance-related repairs
- Educate homeowners with compassion and clarity
- Guide them through Redemption Roofing’s process with confidence and care
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and assist in scope reviews
- Close the contract and hand it off to our top-tier production team
