Regional Manager- RedefinED School Advancement

Position Overview
RedefinED is seeking an experienced, results driven Regional Manager to lead and oversee strategy, execution, and team performance within an assigned state or multi state region. This senior leadership role requires a demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams, driving outcomes, and representing an organization with professionalism and executive presence.
The Regional Manager is accountable for operational excellence, leadership effectiveness, and partner outcomes while working in a hybrid environment with limited but intentional travel.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Performance Management
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Donor Relationship Managers and Donor Relationship Manager Assistants
- Establish clear expectations, accountability measures, and performance standards
- Drive results through coaching, feedback, and leadership oversight
- Build and sustain high performing, professional teams
Strategic Execution
- Execute state and regional growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Ensure consistent delivery of fundraising, enrollment, and admissions solutions
- Monitor KPIs, revenue performance, and operational outcomes
- Proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions
Professional Representation and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the senior RedefinED representative to school leadership and partners
- Conduct in person meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed
- Represent the organization with professionalism and executive presence
Operational Oversight
- Ensure compliance with company processes, systems, and reporting standards
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Strategy and centralized support teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, CRM usage, and reporting discipline
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience with a proven record of successfully leading teams
- Demonstrated success in performance management and results driven environments
- Experience in education, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or professional services preferred
- Exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational skills
- Strong accountability, initiative, and leadership presence
- Ability to travel approximately 1 to 2 days per month, in state or out of state
- Strong alignment with RedefinED’s mission and culture
Work Environment and Travel
- Hybrid position combining remote work and in person engagement
- Travel required approximately 1 to 4 days per month
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year
